While Culina Bistro is about European fare, prepared with choice ingredients from its market, it has a festive menu for the season. There are set menus for two or more, as well as a la carte specials from now till March 19.
Malay dishes are on the menu and these give a spice lift to your dinner which can also include European staples.

Beef Pizza — so delicious
See how our lunch from the Festive Menu came together — a gorgeous Beef Pizza, Oxtail Soup, Roti Jala and Ayam Percik, wrapping up with Pandan Crepe.

Oxtail Soup
But first the Oxtail Soup – gentle on the palate, suitably beefy, with meat easily coming off the chunks of oxtail simmered with celery, carrot, onions and potato.

We nibbled on Roti Jala, paired with a seriously good potato curry (not watery or insipid as is usually the case).

All that you want in a Beef Pizza
The Beef Pizza was delicious, with a medium thick base, crusty, cheesy and generous with its topping of beef slices. I loved the onions on it, mushrooms and bell peppers with a little spicy kick from the sauce, and pepper-crusted beef.

Ayam Percik on the grill
On the Ayam Percik platter is turmeric rice, percik saue and acar. The organic chicken has been marinated with spices for 24 hours, then basted and grilled over the Mibrasa charcoal oven. The chicken has a nice char, with moist and tender meat. I liked the aromatic rice with sweet corn too which paired well with the chicken.

Dessert was Pandan Crepe filled with sweet coconut, served with coconut ice cream.
The Festive Feast menu offers a set of four courses at RM198 for two and RM398 for four. You can also assemble your own meal from its a la carte menu.
There is also a set lunch – 2 courses at RM78, 3 courses at RM98.
