Jackie Chan Leads KUNG FU YOGA Cast to Malaysia jan 21, 2017

Oscar Honorary Award winner Jackie Chan is leading his troop of cast from Kung Fu Yoga to Kuala Lumpur on Jan 21, 2017. Making their trip in a private jet across Asia with stops in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Mumbai and Abu Dhabi, the entourage comprising of Jackie Chan and his Bollywood co-stars Disha Patani and Amyra Dastur, Muqimiya who is best known as China’s most beautiful yoga instructor, and long-time director partner Stanley Tong will be here for a one-day promotional tour.

Kung-Fu-Yoga-Poster (e)This is Jackie Chan’s first movie appearance in Malaysia after receiving his Oscar Honorary Award last November in Los Angeles. Catch Jackie Chan at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur at 6pm. It will be a very colourful and cheerful event, with a Bollywood-themed mall appearance and an entourage of Bollywood dancers dancing along during the cast’s grand entrance.

At 8pm, the cast will move on to the mall appearance at 1 Utama, with a Chinese New Year-themed entrance with lion dance and auspicious “lou sang” ceremony.

Jackie Chan’s Kung Fu Yoga is an action comedy blockbuster which reunites him with long-time director partner Stanley Tong who brought to us great hits such as Supercop and Rumble in the Bronx. The movie which evolve around treasure hunting, will leave audience in awe with its spectacular sites around the world including the ice caves of Iceland, the sandy desert of Abu Dhabi and the charmingly mysterious India.

Kung Fu Yoga opens in cinemas nationwide on Jan 27.
